Working principle:


The DECO-PBM-V-0.4L planetary lab ball grinder has four ball mill jars installed on one planetary disk. When the disk rotates, the jars axis makes the planetary rotation in opposite directions and the balls in the jars grind and mix samples in high-speed movement. The product can smash and blend various products of different materials and granularity with dry or wet methods. (Note: granularity of grand products is dependent on the material properties, size, and quantity of milling media and processing time. According to customer's feedbacks, minimum granularity can be as small as 0.1 um).

1). Two or four grinding jars working together at one time.
2). Feed size of materials: Soft and crispy material≤10mm,Other materials≤3mm
3). Output granule: Most materials 2~10µm, for some materials, minimum 0.1µm
4). The ball mill machine owns functions of timing power off, self-timing forward and reversal rotating. It also has the operation modes of one-way direction, alternation, succession, 
5). Low center of gravity, stable performance, compact structure, easy operation, reliable safety, lower noise.
6). Safety switch is installed to prevent safety accident if the safety cover is opened while machine is running.
