Lab Planetary Micronizer Ball Mill
Planetary Micronizer Ball Mill is designed for mixing, fine grinding, and preparing small volume high-tech material production, which features with small volume, high efficiency and low noise.
Depending on the desired final fineness, grinding can be performed dry, in suspension or in inert gas. Besides for comminution, the Planetary Ball Mill can be utilized for mixing and homogenizing of emulsions and pastes or for mechanical activation and alloying in material research.

Micronizer ball mill working principal
The DECO-PBM-V-0.4L planetary ball mill has four ball grinding jars installed on one planetary disk. When the disk rotates, the jars axis makes the planetary rotation in opposite directions and the balls in the jars grind and mix samples in high-speed movement. The product can smash and blend various products of different materials and granularity with dry or wet methods. (Note: granularity of grand products is dependent on the material properties, size, and quantity of milling media and processing time. According to customer's feedbacks, minimum granularity can be as small as 0.1 um).
